- To ensure security and comply with legal obligations
- To send marketing communications (where you have opted in)
5. AI Features and Your Data
5.1 Tone Analysis
Our AI system may analyze message tone to provide optional suggestions. This analysis is performed securely and is not used to train third-party AI models without your consent.
5.2 Voice Message Transcription
Voice messages may be transcribed into text. Transcriptions are stored alongside the original recording and accessible to both co-parents.
You may disable AI features in your account settings where technically feasible.
6. Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share your data only in these circumstances:
- With Your Co-Parent: Shared data is accessible to your linked Co-Parent
- With Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processing, AI services, customer support
- Legal Requirements: Where required by law, regulation, or court order
- Protection of Rights: To protect rights, property, or safety
- Business Transfers: In event of merger, acquisition, or sale
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
We endeavor to store and process your data within the EU where possible. Where we engage service providers outside the EU, we ensure transfers comply with GDPR requirements through appropriate safeguards.

11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is designed for use by adults (co-parents and guardians). We do not knowingly create accounts for or directly collect personal data from minors under 18.
Information relating to Children entered by parents/guardians is treated with the highest level of care and security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
