The medicine and allergy card
Print once, cut in two, one card on each fridge. Allergies, doses and contacts, identical at both homes.
PDF, free to print and share. No email needed.

The one set of facts that has to match exactly across both homes is the medical one: allergies, current medicines and doses, the doctor and the emergency contact. The card puts them on a single small sheet you print once and cut in two, so each home, and any carer or grandparent, is reading the very same thing.
Fill it in clearly, cut along the line, and put one card on each fridge or inside each medicine cupboard. When a dose changes or a new allergy is confirmed, reprint both at the same time so the homes never drift apart on the detail that matters most.
It takes two minutes and it removes a whole category of worry: the fear that the other home, or a babysitter, does not have the number or the dose to hand.

The calendar that keeps this pattern for you, for both homes, lives in dip.
