When a child lives across both homes, the small facts are the ones that go missing: the teacher’s name, the shoe size this term, the dentist’s number, which day is PE. The school info sheet puts all of it on a single page so neither home is guessing or texting to ask.
Fill it in once, print a copy for each home, and update it at the start of each term. Because both copies say the same thing, a new uniform size or a changed club night reaches both fridges at the same time, and the children stop being the ones who have to remember.
It is deliberately one page, and deliberately plain. Pin it inside a cupboard door, or fold it into the school bag. The point is that the information lives somewhere fixed, not in one parent’s head.
